Natural Skin Care Solutions
Natural skin solutions are different ways to harness the power of natural skin care to treat almost any skin condition one can suffer from. Natural skin care can be used to provide a variety of skin solutions and benefits for your skin. Thinking about natural skin care with skin solutions in mind can be a great way to get started with natural skin care because it will show you just how effective natural ingredients can be for your skin.

Why should I switch to Natural Skin Care?
As we mentioned in our previous article about Getting Serious About Your Natural Skin Care, there are a ton of different benefits to switching from synthetic or chemical-based cosmetics products to natural skin care alternatives. Here’s our Top 5 Reasons to switch to Natural Skin Solutions:
Top 5 Reasons to Switch to Natural Skin Care Solutions
- Save money
- Contribute to a sustainable environment
- Replace any synthetic cosmetics products
- Can be used for many different conditions and benefits
- Can be used on different areas, like the hair and scalp

Another reason we recommend switching to natural skin solutions from cosmetics or beauty products made from synthetic compounds is because your skin is porous and throughout the day, it can absorb somewhere around half of the stuff put on it. The good news is that your skin also has amazing detoxification powers. Through sweat, the skin is able to rid itself of a lot of chemicals and toxins. However, many commercial cosmetics products can actually end up clogging the pores, making it more difficult for the skin to detoxify. Sponsored: https://echoglobal.tech
That’s why we’re such big proponents of natural skin solutions here at Utama Spice. We believe that if you wouldn’t cook it with it, you shouldn’t put it on your body.

Papaya and honey are ideal for blemished skin and can help lighten any acne marks you may have while smoothing your skin. This mask should be left on for about fifteen minutes.
- Clay mask powder
- Banana
- ¼ of a papaya
- 4 tbsp honey

Facial DIY Mask #2: Lavender Avocado Skin Smoothie
Like we said above, lavender essential oil has a ton of benefits for the skin and we’d definitely recommend using it in your skin care routine. That’s why one of our favorite DIY facial masks harnesses those lavender essential oil benefits to make a mask that can effectively moisturize the skin. The healthy fats and vitamin E of the avocado combined with the antioxidants of the lavender oil can penetrate deep down into the skin and help soften and hydrate any dry or flaky patches you may have. This mask should be left on for about ten minutes.
- Clay Mask Powder
- Spoonful of Avocado
- A spoonful of water for mixing
- A few drops of lavender essential oil
Use these ingredients to mix the clay face mask until a thick paste has formed, apply to the face, and rinse the mask off after about ten minutes.

Facial DIY Mask #3: Anti-Aging Face Mask with Honey and Essential Oils
This mask utilizes clay powder, ground oatmeal, honey, your favorite carrier oil for skin and Frankincense Essential Oil. Frankincense essential oil is great for the skin because it acts as a powerful astringent and can help reduce the appearance of large pores. Meanwhile, a carrier oil like Argan Oil or Coconut Oil can provide many additional benefits for the skin at the same time. You will want to leave this mask on for at least twenty minutes before rinsing.
- Tsp Clay Powder
