Lemon. If you need to improve your mood, then reach for the lemon oil. It can also ease anxiety and stress.

Patchouli. This is also a good mood lifter. It helps relieve anxiety, depression, and fatigue. It can be used in a diffuser or as a topical application that can help with a variety of skin conditions.

Aromatherapy works in several different ways and offers the most benefit you can possibly get with your essential oils.
